These Terms of Use govern your use of the Loadline mobile app, website, and related services. By using Loadline, you agree to these Terms.
Apple App Store notice: If you use the iOS app, the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If there is a conflict between that agreement and these Terms about the licensed iOS app, the Apple agreement controls for the iOS app.
Eligibility and Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.
- You must keep your login credentials and connected services secure.
- We may suspend or limit accounts used for fraud, abuse, or material violations of these Terms.
Subscriptions and Billing
- Some Loadline features require a paid subscription.
- For iOS purchases, billing, renewals, and cancellations are handled by Apple through your App Store account.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Apple before the renewal date.
- Deleting your Loadline account does not itself cancel an Apple-managed subscription.
Fitness and Health Disclaimer
Loadline is a fitness tracking and social product. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You are responsible for evaluating whether training, measurement, or imported data is appropriate for you.
User Content and Community Rules
- You are responsible for workouts, captions, photos, comments, and other content you post through Loadline.
- Do not post unlawful, infringing, abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or deceptive content.
- Do not impersonate others, spam users, manipulate engagement, or attempt to evade blocks or moderation actions.
- We may remove content, limit visibility, suspend features, or restrict accounts when needed to enforce these Terms or protect users.
Connected Services and Third Parties
- Loadline may let you connect services such as Apple Health or Hevy.
- You are responsible for your relationship with those third parties and for complying with their terms.
- Loadline is not responsible for outages, data inaccuracies, or policy changes caused by third-party services.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and delete data.
Termination
- You can stop using Loadline at any time.
- You can delete your account in-app or request deletion through our contact page.
- We may suspend or terminate access if necessary to address abuse, legal risk, or security issues.
Disclaimers and Liability
Loadline is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, Loadline is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the service.
