These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Loadline, including our apps, website, and related services. By creating an account, signing in, or using Loadline, you agree to these Terms.

Important: These Terms include our Community Rules. If you share content through Loadline, those rules apply to your profile, workouts, comments, photos, captions, and other user content.

Apple App Store notice: If you use the iOS app, the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If there is a conflict between that agreement and these Terms about the licensed iOS app, the Apple agreement controls for the iOS app.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be legally able to agree to these Terms and use Loadline in compliance with applicable law.
  • You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • We may suspend or limit accounts used for fraud, abuse, or material violations of these Terms.

2. Loadline Service and Availability

  • Loadline provides fitness tracking, analytics, sync, and community features. Some features may change, be removed, or be released in alpha or beta form.
  • We may add limits, suspend features, or change how the service works to protect users, the platform, or our operations.
  • We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Some Loadline features may require a paid subscription.
  • For iOS purchases, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple through your App Store account.
  • Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through the relevant app store or billing provider before renewal.
  • Deleting your Loadline account does not itself cancel an Apple-managed subscription.

4. Fitness and Health Disclaimer

Loadline is a fitness tracking and social product. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You are responsible for evaluating whether training, measurements, imported data, or recommendations are appropriate for you.

5. User Content and Rights

  • You keep ownership of content you submit to Loadline, such as profile information, workout logs, photos, captions, comments, and other content.
  • You give us the rights we need to host, store, reproduce, process, display, moderate, and distribute that content to operate and improve Loadline.
  • If you make content public, it may be visible to other users and may remain visible in cached or shared copies outside our control.
  • You represent that you have the rights needed to upload and share your content.

6. Community Rules

You may not use Loadline to upload, share, or promote content or behavior that includes any of the following:

  • Unlawful, infringing, abusive, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or sexually explicit content.
  • Threats, incitement of violence, glorification of violence, or content that promotes dangerous or criminal activity.
  • Promotion, encouragement, or instruction related to self-harm, suicide, or eating-disorder abuse.
  • Spam, scams, phishing, impersonation, or attempts to manipulate engagement.
  • Attempts to evade moderation, blocks, or other safety restrictions.

7. Moderation and Enforcement

  • We may review, filter, hide, remove, restrict, or refuse content that violates these Terms or creates legal, safety, or operational risk.
  • We may warn, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or repeatedly abuse the service.
  • We may preserve records related to moderation, abuse prevention, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

8. Third-Party Services and Integrations

Loadline may let you connect third-party services such as Apple Health, Hevy, Withings, sign-in providers, subscription providers, storage providers, and analytics or crash-reporting tools.

You are responsible for your relationship with those third parties and for complying with their terms. Loadline is not responsible for outages, data inaccuracies, or policy changes caused by third-party services.

9. Privacy and Data Requests

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and delete data. You can submit account-deletion, privacy, or support requests through our contact page.

10. Termination

  • You can stop using Loadline at any time.
  • You can delete your account in-app or request deletion through our contact page.
  • We may suspend or terminate access if necessary to address abuse, legal risk, security issues, or material breaches of these Terms.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loadline is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

To the extent permitted by law, Loadline is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
