Request Account Deletion

How to Delete Your Loadline Account

  1. Enter the email address associated with your Loadline account
  2. Optionally provide a reason for deletion (helps us improve)
  3. Check the confirmation box to acknowledge permanent deletion
  4. Submit the form - we will process your request within 30 days

Data that will be deleted:

  • Account information (email, preferences, dashboard settings)
  • OAuth tokens for connected services (Hevy, Withings, Google)
  • Newsletter subscription data
  • Usage logs and error logs

Data retention:

  • Account data: permanently deleted within 30 days
  • OAuth tokens: immediately revoked and deleted
  • Anonymized analytics: may be retained (cannot identify you)
Request Data Deletion (Keep Account)

How to Request Specific Data Deletion

  1. Enter the email address associated with your Loadline account
  2. Describe which specific data you want deleted
  3. Submit the form - we will respond within 30 days

Data you can request to delete:

  • Specific OAuth tokens (disconnect individual services)
  • Newsletter subscription only (unsubscribe)
  • Usage logs and analytics data
  • Dashboard preferences and settings

Processing time:

  • OAuth tokens: immediately upon disconnect
  • Newsletter data: within 7 days
  • Other data: within 30 days
