Support, privacy requests, and fallback account-deletion help for Loadline.

If you can still access the app, use Settings > Privacy & Data first. This page is the fallback path when you cannot complete the action in-product.

Use the app first if you can

The fastest way to manage deletion and privacy controls is inside the iOS app: Settings > Privacy & Data.

Use the forms below if you cannot access the app, need help with a privacy request, or want direct support from the Loadline team.

Request Account Deletion

Fallback path if you cannot access the app

  1. Enter the email address associated with your Loadline account
  2. Optionally tell us why you are leaving
  3. Confirm that you understand the deletion is permanent
  4. Submit the request and we will follow up if verification is needed

Data that is normally in scope:

  • Account and profile details such as email, username, avatar, and preferences
  • Workouts, workout photos, captions, measurements, and other fitness data stored by Loadline
  • Comments, reactions, follows, follow requests, blocks, and abuse reports tied to the account
  • Connected-service sessions or tokens stored by Loadline, if any
  • Subscription entitlement state stored by Loadline

What this does not do:

  • It does not cancel Apple-managed subscriptions for you
  • It does not remove device-local credentials saved only on your device, such as a Hevy import key in secure storage
  • It does not erase records we must retain for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance
Request Data Deletion (Keep Account)

Use this for narrower privacy requests

  1. Enter the email address associated with your Loadline account
  2. Describe the specific data you want removed, corrected, or exported
  3. Submit the request and we will review what can be handled without closing the account

Examples of requests we can review:

  • Deleting specific workouts, workout photos, captions, or measurement entries
  • Removing connected-service credentials if you cannot access the app
  • Deleting support-form data where retention is not otherwise required
  • Handling privacy-rights requests for access, correction, export, or erasure
